All merchandise is carefully packed in triple-wrap tubes/boxes and shipped via a certified parcel carrier. Military.com fully guarantees that your order will arrive in mint condition.
If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping or if we have made an error, do not return it. Please notify us immediately and we will arrange for a pick-up. If you have a chance to refuse delivery of an item you would like to return, you are encouraged to do so, but please notify us of the refusal.
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately. You may return items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving any merchandise.
We cannot accept the following returns:
Any order returned more than 30 days after it was received
Any damaged or otherwise non-resalable print
Please notify us of all returns before proceeding—we cannot accept responsibility for unsolicited returns. Once you have notified us, please repackage the item in the original shipping container (or equivalent) and be sure to include your order number.
We recommend that you use Military.com.com's customized USPS return service found within our on-line tracking area. If you prefer, you may also send your return back via an insured carrier of your choice, to the following address:

If you are not satisfied with your Military.com purchase, we are happy to work with you to make the returns process as smooth as possible. We abide by the following refund policy:
Military.com will refund you in the same form of payment originally used to
purchase the item
We give a full refund for any order that arrives damaged or in error
We offer refunds for any print/poster returns
Please note:
Shipping charges are not refundable
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
Refunds and credits are not applicable to damaged returns
Coupon/promotional discounts used will be deducted from the refund/credit

We guarantee that all our transactions, your credit card numbers and other personal information, is 100% secure when you make a purchase at Military.com. All our information, including customer information, is protected by firewalls and other means.

No problem. Although we assure you that your information is completely safe, you can call in your credit card or mail us a check by simply checking the appropriate box on the third page of our shopping cart.
Fill out the rest of the information we require for the order online, then contact us with your credit card information by telephone or fax. A member of our customer service team will manually process your Military.com order — our business hours are 9am to 5pm EST.
Please note: if you choose this means of payment, we will process your order only when you contact us with your credit card information — we will not contact you to obtain it.

Our privacy policy lets our customers and visitors know what information we gather and what we do with it. This policy is subject to change.
We only gather information that visitors to Military.com are willing to give. Some of it is required to fulfill orders (like names, shipping addresses, and phone numbers) or to maintain accounts (such as customer accounts and affiliate accounts) and we ask for some information so that we can provide better service (contact information like email addresses and phone numbers, for example).
We keep all the email we receive and send so that we can find all the information we need about particular order histories.
We send email to customers only if it concerns a specific order or question, or if the customer has opted to receive promotional emails.

Occasionally, we email our customers to let them know about new products, services, offers, promotions, and anything else we think might be of interest (unless you don't want us to, in which case just let us know and we won't).

Military.com has no control over what third parties do with this information.
We collect all kinds of statistics about visits to our site — where the visitors came from, what they did and viewed during their visit, what kinds of computers and browsers they use, and where they went when they left. However, we do not (and cannot) collect any personally identifying information (names, email addresses and such) this way.
